Ingredients
2 pounds chicken breasts (approx. 4)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp granulated garlic powder
1 tsp granulated onion powder
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
- Butterfly each chicken breast, cutting through from the side and open flat like a book, so they are thinner.
- Rub each side with the olive oil, and sprinkle both sides with all the seasonings.
- Line sheet tray with foil or parchment. Add chicken pieces.
- Bake in 425 degree oven for 10 min. or until a meat thermometer says 165 degrees F or a little higher.
- Let rest lightly tented for about 10-15 minutes. Slice and use for whatever you need. Enjoy!
