Ingredients
2-2 1/2 pounds chicken thighs and drumsticks
1 1/2 pounds potatoes, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
4-6 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp Arabic 7 spice
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp each granulated onion and garlic powder
1 tsp sumac
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions
- In a 9×13 baking dish, mix together all the ingredients, making sure the chicken and potatoes are coated well.
- Place potatoes in a layer, then chicken pieces on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, basting the chicken with the sauce a couple of times, until potatoes are tender. If needed, broil for a couple of minutes if you want the chicken darker. Enjoy!
