Greek Chicken Souvlaki

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite sized pieces

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 6 tbsp lemon juice

  • 4 minced garlic cloves

  • 1 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp granulated garlic powder

  • 1 tsp granulated onion powder

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tbsp dry oregano

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, add chicken pieces, and all of the rest of the ingredients.
  • Mix well, and marinade in the fridge for a few hours.
  • When ready to bake, place the chicken pieces on skewers. Place the skewers on a cookie sheet with a rack on it.
  • Broil for around 12-15 min, (depending on how strong the broil setting is on your oven) turning once. Enjoy!
