Ingredients
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite sized pieces
3 tbsp olive oil
6 tbsp lemon juice
4 minced garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp granulated garlic powder
1 tsp granulated onion powder
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp dry oregano
Directions
- In a medium bowl, add chicken pieces, and all of the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix well, and marinade in the fridge for a few hours.
- When ready to bake, place the chicken pieces on skewers. Place the skewers on a cookie sheet with a rack on it.
- Broil for around 12-15 min, (depending on how strong the broil setting is on your oven) turning once. Enjoy!
