This recipe was so quick, easy and delicious! I didn’t have green onions or sesame seeds like in the original recipe, but I still enjoyed it!!
Ingredients
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 red finger chili, chopped (optional)
600g of ground beef
- For The Sauce:
3 tbsp gochujang paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp fresh minced ginger
2 cloves fresh minced garlic
pinch black pepper
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
For Garnish: sliced green onions and sesame seeds
Directions
- In a large saucepan, cook ground beef for a couple of minutes, breaking it up and browning it.
- Add the onion and chili. Cook for another 5-7.
- Mix sauce ingredients together very well until smooth. Add to the beef, mixing well until all the meat is coated nicely. Remove from heat. Add green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve over Jasmine rice. Enjoy!
