3 very ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- In a medium bowl, mash the bananas. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir very well with a spatula.
- Fill a greased loaf and parchment lined loaf pan.
- Pour batter in and spread evenly.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for approx. 50-60 min, or until toothpick comes out clean in the centre. Let cool in pan, then enjoy!
