1 tbsp grapeseed oil
1/2 onion, diced
1 minced garlic clove
1 cup long grain white rice
1/2 cup jarred salsa
2 cups water
- Heat oil in pan. Sauce onions for a couple of minutes.
- Add the rice and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the garlic cloves and stir, then add the salsa. Stir until rice is coated.
- Add the water, bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for around 15 min.
- Turn heat off and let sit covered for 5 more minutes.
- Fluff with fork. Enjoy!
