This is such a quick an easy stir-fry when you need something quick! Especially if you already have a jar of my homemade teriyaki sauce in the fridge! It’s yummy and simple! Double or triple the recipe to feed more than 2-3 people.
Ingredients:
¾ lb flank steak, thinly sliced
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp baking soda
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 onion, diced
½ cup homemade teriyaki sauce
4 cups (1/2 lb) broccoli florets
¼ tsp sea salt
Instructions:
1.) Season beef with salt, pepper, baking soda and cornstarch. Mix well. Set aside.
2.) In a large pan, heat oil.
3.) Add beef in one layer, cook for about 2 min.
4.) Add the onions. Cook for another minute or 2.
5.) Add broccoli and salt. Give a quick stir.
6.) Add the sauce, and cook until sauce thickens, 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
