Spicy Tangy Chicken Wings

For the wings:
2-2 1/2 lb chicken wings
1 1/2 tsp kosher sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp baking powder

For the Sauce:
2-3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp sriracha sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce

Preheat oven to 450.
1.) Season wings with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder, smoked paprika and baking powder. Toss and coat well.
2.) Place the wings on a rack on a large foiled rimmed baking sheet.
3.) Roast 15 min, then turn wings and roast another 15 min, until golden brown.
4.) Meanwhile, mix the sauce ingredients together.
5.) Heat a large skillet, and pour the sauce in.
6.) Add the wings in the skillet on medium high heat for around 5 min, tossing them around until nicely glazed.
7.) Pour into a serving dish. Enjoy!
