Ingredients:
For the chicken:
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite- sized pieces
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp grapeseed oil
1/2 an onion, chopped

Instructions:
1.) in a bowl, mix chicken with salt, pepper, cornstarch and baking soda. Mix well. Let sit for 20-30 minutes.
2.) In a large pan, heat oil. Add chicken in one layer. Let brown for about 5-7 minutes, uninterrupted. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
3.) Add onions. Cook for another 3 minutes.
4.) Pour in the teriyaki sauce. Cook on medium high heat until mixture thickens, a few more minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Serve over white rice.
