Homemade Arabic Spice Mix (Baharat)

I use this spice mix in the Bamia recipe (Egyptian Beef and Okra Stew)

and in the Molokhia (Egyptian Jute Leaf Soup with Chicken)

Ingredients:

2 tbsp cumin

2 tbsp coriander

2 tbsp sumac

1 tbsp pepper

1 tbsp sea salt

1 tbsp smoked Paprika

1 tbsp regular Paprika

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tbsp allspice

1 tbsp cloves

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp cardamom

Mix all ingredients in a jar. Shake well. Enjoy!
