Simple Roasted Asparagus
I love asparagus, and I love how simple it is to prepare. Just roast them on a baking sheet, and 7-10 minutes later, it’s a perfect veggie side dish to go with just about any meat, poultry or fish.
Ingredients:
1 Bunch Asparagus, washed and trimmed
Olive Oil
Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper.
2. Line up on foiled baking sheet and roast for about 7-10 minutes at preheated 425 degree oven.
