Ingredients:
1 small garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup fresh lime or lemon juice
1/4 cup red wine vinegar, white wine vinegar, or a mix of both
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
1. In tall measuring cup add all salad dressing ingredients.
2. Using immersion blender, purée until smooth. You can also do this in a food processor. This makes around 2 cups of dressing.
3. Transfer to jar. Shake well before drizzling on salad.
