This is a simple teriyaki sauce that can be put together in just minutes! It can be used for stir-fries or baked salmon or chicken. When you have this on hand in the fridge, it makes some meals so much easier. Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup mirin
1/4 cup Shaoxing wine
3 tbsp granulated sugar (or more to taste)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1/4 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
Heat all ingredients in a small pot until sugar is dissolved. Store in a jar in the fridge.
